Hey, you’re my customer. And if you’re not happy, it looks bad on me. So we have a “foolproof” guarantee of results. We NEVER print anything until you have signed off on the final draft. We allow for 2 alterations to the draft, further alterations after this incur additional fee’s. 

Only once you are 100% satisfied and you have checked all information and spelling in your document then it can be signed off and printing will begin.

Yes but it must be print ready and quality. If we need to make alterations to the supplied artwork to make it print ready this may incur a surcharge.

Yes, but remember it may vary in lay out from one computer to another and as such should always be converted to a PDF (Portable Document File) format to ensure consistancy.

We accept, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign files and FreeHand documents. Other files such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and PageMaker files accepted, however will incur file conversion fees in order to make them suitable for use as artwork.
